All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment."

"Yes the hotel is a little dated in parts but theres a real friendly atmosphere that you cant help like Only stayed for 2 nights but it was central to everything in the town"

"This was the nicest of hotels first on arrival greeted by lovely female staff member who I now forget her name sorry ,, we stayed in room 201 it wasn’t see view but I never payed for sea view so we was happy with are room , it was spotless throughout the hotel room had all the amenities . "Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. Breakfast was included (at the Erskine Arms), and it was delicious with lots of choice. Y Capel is a wonderful spot for exploring all the sites of Conwy. We would highly...
