"The hotel is a grand building , however our room was small, dated and old fashioned . Extremely tiny bath and a shower with a curtain!! We went for a drink at the bar however, after waiting a while still no bar tender so left . The breakfast was a little chaotic as the hot plate was broken but when it arrived it was tasty and plentiful . There are lots of guests with multiple dogs so if you aren’t a dog lover this hotel is not for you . "

"We all loved this house (8 adults, 1 child, 1 dog!) . It has so much character. Plenty of room for all of us. Some delightful quirks, like the meat hooks in the living room, the view through the window to the ancient walls, and the sloping floors! If you want IKEA furniture and straight lines, this is not the house for you; if you want old world charm and a wonderful place to explore, book it, you won’t be disappointed. Perfect location in the centre of Beaumaris."

"A beautiful place with splendid views of the Menai Strait (right across the street!) and Snowdonia beyond. On the waterfront in the beautiful town of Beaumaris. Walk out the door and you are in the thick of things, 5 minutes from pretty much everything: the Castle, restaurants, shops, the Cathedral. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great property!! The only drawback in a really terrific stay in a beautiful place and location was that the property management did not respond to my messages through VRBO. I didn't need anything desperately, or I would have contacted VRBO to get through to them, but I did reach out three or four times and nothing. I would get those lines of communication ironed out for next time. And I sincerely hope there is a next time!! "

"Top two floors and front groundbedroom - very good. Kitchen - tired, downstairs toilet (remembering totalbeds is 8) is tiny. Backyard is "plain" with a small inexpensive bbq that had been left out in the rain - therfore rusted and not to be used. Weedcontrol had ben abolished."
