Room was lovely, we also really enjoyed the gym & spa. The spa & restaurant staff were really friendly and accommodating but the reception staff were not very welcoming. Nice quiet break with access to scenic walks.

The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is very good. Cleanliness in all areas of the hotel is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at The Quay.

Great hotel, with excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff team. Gorgeous food. Room with outstanding views. Saw Herons on the water from our room and Conwy castle. Access to waking into Conwy. Spa facilities very good, although pool would benefit from being larger as very busy so unable to swim. Would stay again :)

Very nice hotel and conveniently located for trips to other towns. The Spa was very nice and the bar restaurant was great. The inclusive breakfast was really fantastic and worth including in your booking! Would highly recommend.

Lovely place. Clean. Helpful staff. Traditional cooked breakfast was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also good, with excellent granola. Would have liked a separate shower, instead of a combined shower/bath, but that's a minor gripe. I didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that.

Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return.

This is such a wonderful hotel, in a picturesque location, from the warm welcome by staff to the spotless, modern room, to the luxury spa amenities and the fabulous breakfast. This is my third time here and there will certainly be a 4th, 5th and 6th etc!
