"Great family resort. Pool area was spacious and clean. We asked for more towels and coffee creamers and they quickly brought more. The only thing was being in the 2nd floor. We could hear small children running and jumping early in the morning. Next time I will ask for 3rd floor."

"There was nothing we didn't like... beautiful hotel with generous amenities and an excellent staff; what we would rate as at least a 4.5-star hotel priced like a Best Western. Such a great value and appearance that we at first thought we were at the wrong place because it was so much nicer (and upscale) than we expected. Fantastic! And we suppose you get that a lot!!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool and oasis grill were awesome. We also borrowed the bikes and rode around the property. The Rockwood Grill was also great for breakfast."

"Last-minute trip with the family to Palm Springs turned out so fun and memorable here at the dunes hotel. I went the weekend of June 26 through the 28th. The staff was incredibly sweet. The check-in process was so easy and smooth and I must add that pricing for the weekend was so affordable, all the rooms were renovated. The location was perfect. We were able to walk around the downtown area. I can't wait to come back the only thing I did wish that they had more of was their snack /breakfast...

"The hotel and room are dated. Although the room is spacious, it was not the cleanest. The bathroom needs some tlc and the furniture in the living room is worn. The pull out bed was also not very comfortable. The hotel grounds are well kept but need updating. Overall, stay was fine for 1 night but i would not consider for longer stays."

"Nice spot. A little dated, but the pools are very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean, but the highlight is definitely the pool and garden area. Front desk staff could be a little more welcoming though."

"There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. He didn't even ask for my name or the room i was in."

I also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, and it was such a relaxing experience. Even though this is a very large resort, you can tell they pay attention to every detail and truly care about their guests. "Not the worst place but here’s what sucked: - Room was only cleaned once in 5 days - The elevator phone dial was beeping with the busy tone for 5 straight days, called about it twice and they said they would fix it, nothing happened - Worst of the three in my opinion, booked this resort because of the on site golf course, course was in shambles, you couldn’t tell the difference between the fairways and the green and the fairways themselves were beat up."

"The rooms themselves were nice! Check-in took a LONG time. I was surprised that we had to request to have our room cleaned, and then when we did, we still found hair in the shower and that the kitchen wasn’t fully cleaned. Usually, I have to put up a door hanger to request to *not* have my room cleaned. We had trash that needed to be taken out and the dumpsters were locked. The hot tub closest to our room did not work. The gym was always crowded. FYI- they get gnarly mosquitoes by the pool,...

"Cheyenne at the front desk was friendly when she greeted us and was able to check us in sooner than expected....Thank you Cheyenne! The amenities in the villa along with the shared door in between, were great. Clean and spacious bedrooms, enough room for 6 people to sleep comfortably between both sides, living room areas, dining table, balconies with furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen etc all well worth the cost. The property was clean and there was a nice view from our balcony. Will be staying...

"A perfect getaway weekend. A hotel coffee offers everything you can want more. The only criticism was the Spa whole area could be bigger and they did not be the Jacuzzi which I think it should be heated. Otherwise it’s wonderful."

"This resort was fabulous! Our room overlooking the pool with a balcony was great! Nice lobby. Beautiful pool with pool bar. Lobby bar had a good vibe. It was close to the strip ( downtown Palm Springs) and walkable to the casino. Staff was nice and friendly. Room and bathroom clean. We had a mini-fridge and safe in our room which was an added bonus."

"The staff here were sooo amazing, it was just kind of frustrating our sink was leaking everywhere and they kept having to come back and forth with tools so we felt like we couldn’t really leave the room and we were only there for a day"
