I did talked with the receptionist when I received the room key, he said they were run of room for the one I booked, he would refund me the difference when I checked out. However, no refund was issued and when I called hotels.com rep. the hotel even decline what they promised. For the room, I was given the room near the food elevator, avoid this room at all cost, because, in the morning, all of clothes would have food smell. "
