"At arrival the check in time was 3 and we were not able to check in till 5. When asking for a late check out do to the flights we booked the front desk said it was not possible. We later came to find out late check out was possible. When finally arriving at the room the front door was blocked by a ladder the door way. "Certainly not five star more like three or four. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is the only reason it could be four star but generally three star because the food is the same everyday. surprisingly you have to pay extra for shellfish seafood even on all inclusive package which I find strange as a coastal hotel and access to an ocean full of crabs and prawns."

"The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels."

"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not a lot of rooms so it always feels so cozy and calm. Monkeys are everywhere, near your balcony at the pool or even in the trees when you have breakfast. Food is good, even for lunch and dinner everything is homemade and has a unique touch to it. You forget about all the noise around you. Very unique experience."

"The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit."
