"The Kaskazi Beach Hotel was closed for renovation however failed to cancel my reservation and charged me $329. I had to purchased another room at Diani Reef Beach Resort from Jul 17-21, 2026.
Expedia, please refund my credit card in the amount of $329, and remove Kaskazi Beach Resort from the Expedia website. The Kaskazi Beach Hotel is extremely unprofessional."
"I had a wonderful stay at Coco De Villa Diani. The host was exceptional — warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. Every request was handled with genuine care, making the entire experience feel personal and effortless.
The property itself is beautifully tranquil, offering a peaceful escape that truly allows you to unwind and recharge. The calm atmosphere, combined with thoughtful hospitality, made this stay both relaxing and memorable.
I would highly recommend...
"Our stay at Villa Mandhari Diani Beach was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The property is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and stunning swimming pools that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The villas are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to feel at home.
A special thank you to Celline. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect...
