"This is the worst place you will ever visit. Terrible, old, dirty, nothing works and won’t refund. Their whole collection have terrible reviews. Theyhad issues from cold to hot water, flooding and non working amenities. We had to leave the next day as we couldn’t stay one more day. They still charged us alot of money for a physical key that we lost while looking for another hotel then refused to refund close to $700. The manager refuses to respond to Expedia emails for refund. "We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful.
