"Single ply toilet paper! Would have been great to have a coffee maker in the room. Elevators are very slow. Hotel is beautiful, cool vibe"

"It was a very comfortable stay for my guest."

"This was an absolutely terrible stay for the price. Honestly, it was worth the cleanliness. The bed was clean and we were only needed a place to crash for one night, but for more than that, it would have not been acceptable. "Mold in shower"

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."

"Not a real 4 star hotel....more like a 3 star! But hey, not bad for Brooklyn."

"The room is spacious. The balcony view was amazing but the room was dirty. The floor the baseboards and the shower. The floor had trash on it. The baseboards are filthy and the shower i would not stand in it bare feet. The room would be amazing if these things were fixed"

"The rooms have a strong order if bleach the paint is peeling off the walls the window handles are broken constant slamming of the Rooms I was givin the wrong key which lead to me opening a door to another guest thank god for latches never again"

"The people who manage the hotel were so very helpful and kind and thoughful."

"Was ok would not stay again. The staff was very professional and friendly but the room was dirty and our fridge did not work, the shower head would also not work so we had to use the hand held portion to shower with. Carpets in the hallway were disgusting and I wanted to use shower shoes to walk the whole room. They did come fix our fridge promptly when we called. The rooftop bar was cute but we couldn’t go in because it was closed for some reason."
