The staff here were extremely helpful. I was provided with an early check in option with no problem. The location for my event was perfect. There was a banging noise either inside or outside of my room. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. But, it caused me not to sleep.

I stayed here while attending an event at the Barclay center, which is about a 13 minute walk. This is a good option if you just need a place to crash. This is more of a room with a bathroom, the ENTIRE room may be about 6ft x 10 ft and then there’s a small bathroom in addition to that. There is no room for a large suitcase and I mean no room. I had a small little carry-on that fit at the foot of the bed. There is no room for a closet and no nightstand to sit your things on. There’s a TV up on the wall. There’s a tiny table at the foot of the bed with a small refrigerator up under that. They have a break room type room downstairs with vending machines and a community microwave. The room was rather clean and the staff was nice. It was also in an area close to transportation and several coffee shops, including Starbucks. The neighborhood is very walkable, and I felt rather safe. If you’re not claustrophobic and you’re just in town for a couple of days without lots of luggage, then you might be able to do this.

The common areas were sprayed with too much fragrance that it triggered coughing attacks. The rooms were very small but for the price point it was ok (just to sleep and shower). Within walking distance (maybe 5 mins) to the train. Area appears pretty safe during the day. At night while walking to the train with my daughter a man followed us talking about hurting us, so safety at night is questionable. Overall, the hotel served its purpose.

The stay is amazing for the money. I just have one hang up. I booked this place because it advertised breakfast, you normally think of a buffet or something grab and go. It's a paper bag of food that comes with no utensils or a way to heat up the egg and cheese biscuit. If breakfast is not important to you then this is an amazing place to stay.
