"The Rooms were clean The Maintenance was prompt The Staff was friendly"

"Staff was ALWAYS AMAZING! The new owners need to do a better job at ensuring the hotel does not continue to have the RIU vibe. Be creative, ask your staff what's BRST and LISTEN to them!"

"10/10 food service locations loved everything about it ."

"The Azul is a wonderful property on excellent beach front "7 mile beach Nigril". The staff, cleansiness of the Property were great. There is activities for all age to enjoy. I first encountered a long 1.5 hours wait time to get my room. We were disappointed with the food selection. Very little authenticity of the Jamaican food basic "jerk chicken". Quality of food was poor. Staff in all the departs I encountered were welcoming pleasant and accommodating. Management address the meals, good food...

"Resort it self is very lovely staff is not friendly … resort is very clean … entertainment crew was excellent … food was average !!!"

"Excellent place to stay ,short term or long term. What was unique ? Every staff in each Department of the Facility smiled ,each moment of the day there...despite the extreme heat , through all the visitors demands and expectations ,and long hours of work. God Bless them all .By Him... Nothing goes Unseen . ❤️‍🔥"

"We were there for 6 days and I wish I had stayed longer. The resort is not too big and fancy but the staff members, activists and amenities they have are just perfect. The entertainment team is amazing, Brittany sings like an angel, he had so much fun at the piano bar. Everything you need is within 3 minutes walking distance, the food is delicious but more importantly the staff members treats you like family, it makes you feel like you are home. I highly recommend this place. We loved it so...
