"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. "A great hotel in a great location and a great view of the Pantheon. We Had a wonderful Stay there and will definitely stay again."

"Excellent hotel just off the top of the Spanish steps. Complimentary breakfast served daily with both hot and cold options. Staff was helpful when needed, and gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine for our Honeymoon. Room had a private balcony that was nice and had a decent view. I Would gladly return to this hotel."

"Easy location to walk to see things."

"Excelente hotel."

"Sauberes Zimmer, ausreichendes Frühstück, tolle Roof Top Bar, gute Anbindung ans Öffi Netz"

"Excellent breakfast, good bus service to Colosseum and center of Rome"

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"The property was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond the call from our arrival, including making bookings at historical sites to recommending restaurants, making our vacation outstanding."

"Very good service and generous."
