He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. "First time staying at the Conrad and definitely won’t be the last. They set the bar high. All of the staff from the grounds men and gardeners, cleaners, concierge, bar staff were so so friendly and helpful. Service was like nothing I have EVER experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Excellent hotel. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!"
