We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay."

However, sometimes when I would order food for lunch, they were sold out of a few items. This happened a couple of times. Despite that inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel.
