"Without the hot spring pools, this hotel would be mediocre and nothing special. Don't stay there if you don't plan to use the hot spring pool. No hot water on the night of our stay, because the hot water tank was broken on the wing where we stayed. The receptionist at our check-in didn't take the time to explain what happened and weren't sympathetic. During checkout-out, we couldn't get refund because we prepaid. The building and hotel rooms are ok and a little dated."
