"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Todo bastante bien. El hotel está muy cerca del mercado san Pedro y del centro histórico. Tiene una buena relación calidad/precio."

"Every staff member was perfect. Even the airport shuttle driver…he was standing in the rain late at night waiting for me with a big smile on his face. Front Desk personnel were lovely and friendly. Breakfast room hostess was smiling, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say there was anything spectacularly special about the rooms but mine was spotless. Location is awesome, the service highly attentive, and it offers small activities if you’re up for it."

The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley.
