"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Great hotel"

"I got food poisoning and I was alone. I asked them if they could send someone to the pharmacy for medicine that I would be willing to pay but they said they had no such service. You'd think $250 per night would get you some extended services when you are too ill to pick up medication. I also didn't appreciate that when I asked them for a bottle of water in the lobby they said I had to pay for it. Note to manager- when you charge about 10 times the price of other hotels, guests do not expect to...

"Top stay in Cuzco, and tasty drinks at the lobby"

"Nice quirky place with plenty of steps and ramps,, my biggest gripe was the hot water was a little Better than Luke warm and bathtub really not suitable for tall people. I’m 6 ft 2 After waking all day I love a hot bath to soak my knees The first night was great but there was a lot of noise from Music and other guests the second night. Also there is no ventilation in the room other than a heater fan The temp controls in the room and bathroom weren’t functioning"

"Great stay at this hotel. The front desk personal give us full service, we arrive twice at very late hours. They expedite our process and even help us on the second check in the first time The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods, and the personal will help on any special request We had a trip to a location where luggage was limited, and they help us store a lot of our luggage’s Finally, when we came back, we had an emergency, and front desk personnel and management were able to...

"100% recommend"

"My 5-night stay at Antigua Casona San Blas was absolutely the highlight of my trip to Peru. Every detail of the hotel and service was impeccable. I loved admiring the permanent art exhibit around the hotel and looking at the stories of how the casita was rebuilt. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the room was comfortable and clean. However the highlight of the property was the incredible staff. Everyone was truly kind and attentive and made the stay excellent. I would recommend this...
