"Had a great time at Grand Caribe. Staff was excellent. Property has a lot of great ammediates."

"The tile in the showers were chipped a little bit. Saw some rust near the drains. The view was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. We had ants in our kitchen and housekeeping took care of the problem immediately once notified."

"It was my second time staying there and it has maintained its customer service at a high level. This is the best place to stay in Belize City. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at anywhere. "It was a beautiful place. The rooms were very close to the ocean and had amazing views. The staff were helpful."

"What I like was the quiet and secluded location. but the hotel is tired looking and needs maintenance. the saving grace is the staff led by the manager who was sensational! She was kind, always present comma and ready to solve a problem with the great attitude. You are lucky to have her!"

The owner Ronna went above and beyond when it came...

"This property is nice, but felt like it needed spruced up. It was decently clean, but little things were out of order or broken, like the little beach huts not having working lights, or the tile in our bathroom lifting and wobbling. The staff were great though."
