"The resort was beautiful. The food was prepared beautifully and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. We felt at home. We got food poisoning on day 4 (not from the resort) and the whole staff took care of us. From our pick up at the airport to transportation to the water taxi to the golf cart rental and extension….everything was taken care of. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Playe de sala. You made Belize magnificent. Highly recommend!"

"Great stay, perfect spot for booking tours & heading out on the river to Lamanai. A little distance from orange walk town, so more difficult if you’re using public transport..but i had a car and this place was perfect!"

"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 12 nights. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and we stayed cool during the hottest days. The kitchen was just right, and equipped with some utensils for preparing a few small meals between restaurant meals. Any time we needed to refresh our linens or restock paper products, all we had to do was ask and we got what we needed right away. The best part was the location. "Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. "

"Beck's Bed & Breakfast is a sweet jewel of a place in a remote region of the Crooked Tree Wildlife Refuge (a birder's paradise). Robert and Becky are warm, incredibly knowledgable hosts and provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of vacation stress and more tourist dense areas.
