"Room was very clean. Very nice. It doesn’t have a microwave or fridge. I’m sure it says that somewhere when booking the room however, you expect there to be one like every other hotel and especially for the price. Overall, I would still recommend chucking this place out. The hot tub was very cool. "

"Will not stay here again, rooms are dirty, random hairs in bed from previous people in all three beds, hot tub is dirty, this place could definitely need a upgrade, the indoor swimming pool and sauna have been closed for years, hot tub is supper sandy from tiles falling out, disappointing stay, they charge way to much for the worth of the place. "We enjoyed a loft suite, so there were two bathrooms including a tub which is always nice, the room was clean and spacious. It would be nice if there was a spot to hang your coat on the main floor, and also it was pretty dark in the living room so a bit more lighting would’ve be appreciated. "The hotel has everything you need. They need to make sure that the one single hot tub can accommodate the adults and not be over run and overcrowded with children and families. This hot tub area could easily be expanded by changing the four adjacent cold plunge tubs back into hot tubs. You don’t need 1 hot tub and 4 cold plunge areas at a ski resort. "

"Staff were nice but, because they didn’t accept the only credit card company (KoHo) that I’m with, I was charged for my room and a $400 deposit before we could even step foot into the room… if it weren’t my sons 12th bday I would have walked away. On top of which the room we were given (obviously after I gave them $600) already had broken chairs and shower fixtures. Then, when we checked out, we had to sit in the lobby and wait while they “checked out our room” before they would provide the $400...
