"LOVED OUR STAY!!! One of the best stay we’ve had. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were always so friendly and very helpful. There’s also a restaurant on the property so if you didn’t want to pay extra for parking downtown it’s a good option! But if u did want to save money for parking and wanted to go downtown the hotel provides a bus pass for your stay. The robes were a must for the outdoor hot tub. We were upgraded free of charge which was amazing. The place had a home feel to it....

"Both of the ladies at the check-in desk provided exceptional customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a very rude and nasty client at the check-in next to me. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,"

"Even though this hotel was out of our way, we booked specifically because of the waterpark. We put other plans on hold Friday evening so the kids can have a swim night. The water in the pool was freezing. Someone had to come out and fix it as it was unbearable.
