"The front desk staff was superb, especially Krystal. Unfortunately the room was not. The bathroom sink didn’t drain & the cold water faucet had a trickle so you had to brush with hot water or use the cold water from tub. The toilet would leak water each time you would flush. To make things even worse, there was construction that began at 9:00am. The city view made up for it all but if we had to stay more than a night we would’ve had to switch rooms."

"Room was a mess of maintenance problems. Sink that didn't drain. Broken light switch. Broken sockets. TV remote that didn't work. No working bathroom fan. I don't think the AC compressor worked at all, despite all the noise it made - made for terrible nights during a heat wave. Maintenance never once answered their phone. On the positive side, comfy beds, and free wifi was pretty good."

"Biggest complaint was the restaurant. I went for breakfast and stood waiting for someone to seat me for about 15 minutes. Finally someone across the restaurant waived me Over and sat me. Took forever to get my food and coffee. Once I received my meal I never saw my waitress again. No warm up on my coffee. No check back to make sure everything was good. I saw her seat other customers and telling them it will be at least 10-15 minutes before someone can wait on them. I finally got up to...

"The location is great, and the cleaning is spotless! However, I wouldn’t suggest the breakfast—it’s just a bagel or croissant with regular coffee. There are some fantastic breakfast spots nearby. Also, the bathtub was clogged, and I had to report it twice. The second time, I had to go to the reception to get the maintenance team to fix it."
