"What a wonderful stay. I came up with family for my birthday and had such a warm welcome together with an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suite. In addition they had gone to the trouble of leaving balloons and a lovely slice of birthday cake in my room ready for my arrival. It was such a nice gesture and very very appreciated. We have stayed in this hotel before and were met with such a warm welcome from the reception staff that it was our first choice of hotel for this return trip. Location btw is fantastic. "

"Room was clean, staff very helpful and let me change my room due to a malfunctioning lock. Air conditioning and bathroom floor heating provided. A stone's throw away from the train station and shopping centre. I would love to stay here again!"

"Modern, stylish hotel in a very busy Euston Road. Well situated for nearby stations. Room was very clean, felt on the small size given the king sized bed. Slightly frustrating that there is no complimentary drinking water. Other hotels in this price bracket tend to include this. "
