"Our room required to be renovated like the previous numbered rooms"

"We were welcomed by a very friendly staff member who checked us in quickly. The room was very clean and very quiet. It was very hot during our visit and the lack of air conditioning was unfortunate but the hotel provided two fans. Air conditioning would be a bonus. The location was excellent."

"Convenient location, good value for money. Staff has been kind and helpful."

"Hotel smells like fish. The restaurant is open and next to the reception area and the smell of fish permeates the hotel. Poor ventilation. The bathroom had no ventilation. An emergency alarm went off one morning around 6:30 AM which essentially ruined our sleep and we lost a vacation day."

"مقبولة"

"Excellent hotel!!!! Beautiful!!!"

"Great location a block away from the Eurostar and Kings Cross tube station."

"Breakfast is kind of mediocre. Staff are friendly and helpful especially door man and concierge."

"Our top floor room was large and light filled with windows. The bathroom was large but with wasted space and a very small boxy shower, which was difficult to turn around in. We were there for a week but no dresser was available to store our clothes. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor and we had a flight to climb to get to our room, without assistance with our bags. The hotel is located in a residential area so it was fairly quiet and the train station was nearby."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr guter Standort. Nahe an div U-Bahn Stationen.

"Sehr gut gelegen, freundliches Personal"

"Cute little room in a nice part of time. Be warned, if you open the window you will know everything that is going on in the streets. It’s can be loud. But all in all a great stay."

"The staff was lovely and accomodating! Location perfect :-)"
