The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. "Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 ."
