"Genuinely some of the best staff I have come across at a hotel. They really make your experience so great, especially after arriving following 20 hours of travel! The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter so to be expected though. We loved being so close to the lake and Old Quarter and breakfast was a really nice experience with good range of a La carte options. The room was pretty and comfortable although a little noise from rain/street."

"From our arrival the service is spot on; with very short notice staff May was able to accommodate my requests and schedule my activities throughout our stay according to my preferences; even the hotel accommodation and transportation were all arranged; and yes May also didn't forget that i preferred 2 bed in the room when arranging overnight stay in Sapa. Best part is their breakfast buffet, it seems the menu changes daily and the view is fantastic. You can even asked for prepacked breakfast if your itinerary starts early.. 5 star!"

"This hotel is located in a busy area of the Old Town as it is near the Nha Tho Lon. However, the shining star of this hotel has been the staff. They went out of their ways to be helpful. Biggest thanks to James and Roy as they have been exceptionally helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and will recommend others to do the same. Ngan"

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

"The gym is massive for a hotel gym. Fully equipped and multiple treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Plus weight machines and free weights galore. There is also a sizable yoga/dance room attached to the gym that you can access to do some floor work or calisthenics."
