"Todo muy bonito, pero necesitan tener ms cuidado con la limpieza de los cuartos, las sabanas estaban manchadas con sangre, en el balcon estaba una comida caida al parecer de los antiguos huéspedes y como nadie limpio estaba lleno de hormigas. El valet parking los dias que estuvimos allí, nadie contesta el teléfono para cuando uno quiere pedir el carro antes de salir."

"El hotel superó mis expectativas. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo y me encantó la limpieza del mismo. Sus empleados super atentos tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. No recuerdo el nombre del Joven en el restaurante pero su horario es en la tarde, él específicamente es excelente mesero. Si desean ir a un lugar tranquilo y relajarse visiten el hotel."

"I was traveling with a friend, girls trip, and we enjoyed the pool and access to the beach. There was a nice variety of restaurants and we enjoyed the spa. I was surprised by the hidden fees throughout our time there - starting with $16/day paid parking. Tip is typically already included on the bill, so I encourage people to be mindful of that. Our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days during our stay and we had to request more towels and waters. For a 5 star resort, I did expect a higher quality of service and attention to detail."
