"The staff is someone who works remote. I found it really challenging to get bars of soap because you have to go to the office and talk to a screen and they have to make a request on your behalf then you have to wait for the housekeeper to deliver your request."

"Parking is terrible but location for me is perfect for work"

"Excellent!"

"My stay got canceled and never told me anything had to find out when I got to property. What a joke that was. Had to pay 800$ more on another property…."

"Truly a unique experience in SFO. Safe"

"The room is super small but has everything you need for a short trip including a great bed. The hotel is located one block from the Bart/Muni station which made getting around super easy. My only wish is that they had down pillows."

"Always great to be back here. The staff is amazing."

"Room was great. Only complaint about the room is the shower was smaller than the shower in my studio apartment. Breakfast was lukewarm warm at best. No butter for pancakes available. Had to ask and it was rock hard. Hard butter on like warm pancakes doesn’t work well."

"The best sleep I’ve had! The pillows and bed were top tier! The best in stay in SF!"

"I had a great experience at this hotel! Will stay here again when I have to be back in SF."

"Great location for our itinerary. The staff is what really makes this stay top notch. The room were clean and the hotel has a fun, vibrant vibe."
