"The valet crashed our car, apologized left and right about it…but then the hotel insurance wouldn’t touch it because there was “no way to prove one of their employees was driving it.” It’s too bad. The hotel is cool. Small rooms. But convenient and close to Oracle park. The robot room service was a fun touch. I just wish the one time we took our car from the valet it wasn’t crashed and then denied."

"I loved my stay at the Parker Guesthouse. It felt like visiting in a lovely home with a gracious host. The person at the front desk when I checked in was kind and professional and gave me a brief history about the houses. My room in the main house was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and furnished beautifully. The living room, kitchen, and guest dining rooms were elegant but my favorite area was the garden. It's a peaceful oasis in the city where in October, there were still flowers...

"It is a quick stay, you need to be mindful for your roommates in a 4 man room if they sleeping. Other than that, everything is straight forward 😉"

"liked that there was onsite parking and security doors all around"

"Dirty room. Smudge on the sheets. I had an allergic reaction after laying on the bed, and I’m only allergic to cats. So that tells me there was a cat in the room previously and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When we checked in, they put us in a ground floor room with windows that didn’t lock. I asked for another room and they kindly accommodated and put us in a 3rd floor room with windows that did lock. Since it was a Sunday night, we were able to find parking in the parking lot. Staff was...

"The Twin Peaks Hotel is an excellent budget-friendly option in San Francisco, especially in such an expensive city! My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and an excellent, modernized bathroom. I especially enjoyed my room overlooking Market Street. The location is incredibly convenient to the Castro, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you don’t mind climbing a few stairs, this is a fantastic option for an affordable stay in a great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my...

"I have never experienced such a horrible customer service experience like I have here by the night time staff - we were forced to book an additional room because we had 3 guests (dispite our room being listed as accommodating 3) we weren’t allowed to our room without booking and were threatened with being kicked out. On top of that, a/c unit was poorly maintained so there was a constant clicking noise all night. Never staying here again, Hotel G lost a repeat customer."

"Great and wonderful stay, quick and easy checking in and checking out. I will be sure to stay there again."

"The best sleep I’ve had! The pillows and bed were top tier! The best in stay in SF!"

"Love the Clancy, have stayed a few times always been a great time. Convenient area for what I’m usually in town for. Valet parking is great but their are other options around. Rooms are incredible."

"This hotel is in an absolutely horrible neighborhood. Lots of people doing drugs and living out of cars and on the street. It felt incredibly dangerous to be out, even in the daytime. That fun looking 'BE AMAZING' bar? Nowhere to be found. It was closed. There were no on-site communal areas except for the very small lobby. The hot water? I got a note on my second day that it would be out for an undetermined amount of time and was offered a $20 refund per night which, I was told by the...
