"The property was beautiful and the staff was happy to help. The room was also spacious and well maintained. The location was walkable, and I felt safe."

"Muy buena ubicación. El staff es muy amable, y realizamos el check-in & Out sin inconvenientes. La ubicación es lo más, el hotel está cerca de todo. El personal que atiende el desayuno y el bar, súper amigable. sin dudas, volveré."

"Excellent staff and service. Incredible park views"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"shops nearby"

"Everything was great only thing I wish they had was a vending machine for drinks."

"Would stay here again when visiting NY! You don’t really get much of a view, but that was fine with us!! Location was nice, quiet, and staff was great! I do wish they had a fridge for holding milk!!"
