"Walking thru the door to the grounds was like walking into a serene, quiet oasis. We chose a pool view room . It could be seen from our room and it wasn’t too close just right. Room had everything we needed. Loved the rain shower which we had two one outside and one inside. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did.
