"We were assigned a ground floor room intended for mobility access without being told at reception. I didn't request this type of room and don't like these type of rooms. I booked many months in advance, so we were surprised. Then at night the real problems began, there was a inconsistent and but recurring knocking sound in the ceiling space above the bathroom entry. This either kept us awake or woke us up during the night. We asked to be moved and were given another room, which was great service...

"Nice views. Gym equipment was not working and the carpets were faded and seemed uncared for."

"Arrived at 4:00pm for check-in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Then we were told our room wasn't ready. They changed our room, and it should be ready in 20 to 30 minutes and they would call us. After 2 hours, we went to reception, and were told our room still wasn't ready. Now it's 6:30 and we have a concert at 8:00. After about 10 minutes, they found a room on a different floor. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out and were told by Samantha, the only person that was rude our...

"The room was better than expected. There were some fresh stains in the bath tub that appears to be rust run off from inside the structure itself. It wasn't a big deal. There was only one small trash bin in the bathroom which I brought out to the main room. Other thank that... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I used the pool area also which was peaceful. The water was as clean as it could be considering the wind. I'd stay again!"

"Consistent excellent service, clean rooms, and welcoming staff! Our go to hotel when we are in the area! Location is great too with plenty of shopping and good food nearby!"

"Love this hotel. Old fashion Hawaiian ambiance, the Reef bar/restaurantit is perfect. Awesome view from the pool to the mountains. Just the gardeners (landscaping co.) Are here every Monday morning and they are very noisy. Highly recommended"

"Waliked into room & 1st thing i saw was couch with a tear. Otherwise nice"

"Staff was friendly and super attentive! The room was nicely tended and spacious. I would definitely stay here again."

"I didnt mind tge hair and dried body fluid at first cause everyone misses something and I figured why let one thing bother me. Then, I came back in the afternoon on 2nd day to do laundry and the entire parking lot was full with employees running around everywhere. I turn the corner to have a photographer in the middle of the road and a bunch of unsuspecting people running around scrambling which I thought was dangerous. After walking from the end of the parking lot, I decided to ask the front...

"Got a basic room to break up a 12 hour drive. It met our needs with a 1 cup coffee maker, small microwave & small refrigerator with no freezer for our ice chest keeper. The front desk staff very kindly kept the freezer pack in their break room. They gave more coffee filters, advice on where to eat & when to avoid rush hour traffic in the morning. They were very nice. The condition of the room & furniture was in good repair. The room size was adequate. Had plenty of room to set up large dog...

"The best boutique hotel in P.S. !!! And we travel at least twice a month EVERY WHERE! We will only stay here from now on! NIKKI, Roberta, and Crystal were the BEST! Every one was so attentive! We're super happy here!!!!"
