"My favorite part about this hotel was definitely the location! Close to everything! You could walk to so many things amd the subwayvwas literally around the corner. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint was not having a fridge in the room. "

"We booked an upgraded room unfortunately when we arrive, the room was not ready and it was broken. There was a lot of confusion among the staff of what was going on. We ended up waiting for many hours in a small cramped lobby. My wife is incredibly tired. We felt frustrated and angry, and when we had to be put in a room, we were putting in a room with incredibly noisy air conditioner. "The breakfast downstairs is premade garbage in the coffee shop and over priced in the restaurant. Walk out the door and go 50 yards in either direction and you can find a dramatically better breakfast for half the price. They are still working on their elevators so if you don't mind waiting for an elevator it's a good place to stay. The gym has been recently updated and is nice. Overall the people seemed relatively disenfranchised and not the friendliest. I imagine they deal with a ton of people...
