"The staff was very welcoming, we were greeted promptly and they addressed our parking needs quickly. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent, short walk to shore or old town. Excellent place - I will be sure to return."

"C’est un appartement avec kitchenette, avec fourniture de 2 petites bouteilles d’eau par jour, du café, des sachets de thé. Serviettes de toilette changées quotidiennement, produits shampoing … regarnis tous les jours. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Personnels aimables et orientés client et cela semble naturel chez les crétois. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et copieux. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous choisirons à nouveau ce logement à notre prochain voyage en Crête."

"They offered us a fully new renovated room however was in front of hotel entrance. We saw ocean view from an angle. The non smoking room we asked was fine but 2 neighbors smoked. Biggest issue. No beach!!!!!! Lots of pools and hotel is more for families. Restaurants closed ala carte. Italian restaurant disorganized and food was awful. We left after 2 bites. Buffet closes at 9:30 pm they clear up at 9. Day buffet opens 12;30 and closes 2. No food left for late birds that go to beaches...

"Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow"
