"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....
"Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!"
"We stayed in the suite which was a great size had a lovely large wrap around balcony with fabulous views of the beach and a hot tub. The ac in the room was a noisy unit. Bed was ok and they provided extra bedding, robes and slippers which was a nice touch. Plenty of storage space. Good location. Breakfast was ok not the best for my taste, no fresh juice and the coffee was not the greater, however plenty of fresh fruit."
"Our stay in Panormos was delightful! They truly make you feel like you are their guest, providing travel advice, extra amenities and delicious home-cooked breakfast! The small village feel of Panormos is a really special way to experience the Greek islands -- great restaurants at your doorstep, a secluded beach, and charming streets and shops. The rooms are lovely with walk-out balconies, balanced with modern amenities including A/C and modern bathrooms."
"I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. The quality was ok, but nothing compared to traditional amazing flavours in the restaurants.
Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)"
"The property was really nice presented but after few days we started noticing few things here and there. It looks like they don’t care anymore about this place, so much potential for nothing!
If it would have been looked after and so the few animals that are kept there it could be really a good place to spend your holiday!
And the beach IS NOT 2 mins away! By car may be it is 10 mins"
"The staf are very kind. The room was very clean. The food was OK but I would of liked it if there would be soya milk and stuff for vegans since I am vegan. In general it is an excellent hotel. 😃"
