"It was great!"

"Just a little dated on the outside, but rooms are nice, clean tidy and have been modernised. I love the later check out of 11 a.m., that is “a nice to have” without asking."

"The stay was perfect for a night in Rotorua, the location is convenient and everything is within walking distance"

"The property is in a lovely location, according to host the property will be undergoing renovation soon which is much needed. The staff were welcoming, cleanliness could be better, the windows were dirty, snd as you are looking out to the view, these should be kept clean. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable."

"It’s like a semi-upscale roadside motel. Very strange."

"Location"

"As we stayed only 1 night while we caught up with family staying in Rotorua, this stay was very good for us as a base for our time. Not a full review."

"Simple but works efficiently. Good staff, very basic breakfast."

"Clean and we got everything we need"
