Lovely place to stay

A good place to stay with a friendly host who was happy to share his knowledge of the area. Easy check in. Clean and tidy room with all amenities catered for. A soft comfy bed. Ample parking. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

We ended up staying here last minute due to a bad experience at the Marsden Hotel down the road. It was a pleasant stay. The rooms are a bit small if you have a few suitcases, and the WiFi isn't great, but it has all the facilities for a one-night stop off, and I have no major complaints. Would stay here again for the price we paid.

Clean and Convenient

Just outside downtown Rotorua, Bella Vista was a convenient starting point for travel to area attractions. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, but the furnishings were dated. It was very clean, but the sulphur smells of nearby pools of hot springs and vented steam got to us after a while.
