"Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The pool is not available. There is no roof top access. There was also no bar or restaurant. The room we picked was unavailable. We got bump because of a wedding party. Another room was offered but it wasn’t worth it cause there was nothing to do. Had to reserve and check in elsewhere. "

"My husband and I spent the weekend in New York for our 46th anniversary. we were greeted by Jimmy at the front desk. He couldn’t be happier to help us and give us directions to where we were going. Great personality and an updated room since he knew it was our anniversary. The room was immaculate, as well as the bathroom. I just loved the decor in the room and cleanliness of the hotel. We will be staying there again!"

"I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"
