"Hotel nearby grand central area with a lot of homeless. Smell weeds at the entrances. No customers service. Front of the hotel darkness and scary at night. Room is smelled old and poor of hygiene. I don’t want to recommend anyone stay at this hotel because they’ve not maintained their brand."

"The ambience, cleanliness and staff were all stellar. Our problem was with our room. I lived in Manhattan for 25 years and I realize rates will be higher, but we had a pint-sized room with a view of air conditioners and machinery for $730.00 for the night. For that price I would have preferred at least a tiny view and a room that was so small we could barely fit. Bathroom was closet size and the room stank of bleach. "The hotel overall was okay but there were certain things about the room we didn’t like. Upon entering the room there was a musty smell. The bathroom curtain stunk really bad, we asked for it to be changed and once it was it still had a bad smell, just not as bad as previous one. So they must not wash the curtains often enough. The housekeeping didn’t come in the 2nd day for some reason and so we had to ask for toilet paper since they didn’t come in to restock . The A/C could not be adjusted, I...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
