"Beautiful hotel with a ton of character! Great rooms, very spacious and with comfy beds! Shower was wonderful! Staff was beyond excellent!"

"A small issue with amenities in the room but the property went above and beyond to make it right"

"Hotel is in a perfect spot for browns stadium and rock and roll hall of fame. A long walk to Guardians stadium but not that bad. Plenty of parking very clean and friendly staff."

"One of the nicest places I’ve stayed and a real bargain for the price. Parking is extremely expensive so suggest you research for another place to park"

"The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting."

"Great location and communication."

"The hotel in terms of service is very bad as well as the air conditioning does not work in the room to the side of me to carry luggage that entry and exit of the hotel is not recommended to stay in this hotel"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
