"I was using the hotel as a one night stay before an early morning flight so the proximity and transport to the airport were excellent. The staff were very good and allowed me early access to my room. So, from the practical point of view, it served its place perfectly. However, the comfort of the bed was very poor. The mattress wasn’t just very firm, it was downright solid with no give whatsoever. I also have to say that whoever chose the design of the carpet needs their head examined. The pattern gives the impression that it’s dirty with stains of spillage all over. I know this is a personal point of view but it gave me the impression of uncleanliness and not wanting to walk barefoot on it. So, to sum up: practically - excellent; comfort - poor. Value for money, I suppose where it is and what people will generally use it for, it is good. Would I use it again? Probably not."

"What a terrible hotel. They charge a luxury price and have nothing to show for that. NO AMENITIES! Nothing except lounge un- attended and without anything to offer. Do not stay here when there are so many better locations that are still convenient for Heathrow travel."

"clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price."

"Overall this property is just in an acceptable rating, considering the price factor. Location is acceptable. There is a close by bus stop to Heathrow Central Bus Station. From Heathrow Central Bus Station can take the Underground to go to downtown, major attractions, or walk to the airport terminals. Going to downtown, like Victoria Station, is time consuming and expensive. Next time I would rather book a hotel closer to downtown or to the Underground. The Room is very basic: Clean. No sofa, no luggage rack, no phone, no hairdryer. There is an electric kettle and cups, but no tea bags or instant coffee packets. The breakfast: Cafe is clean. Food quality is just so so. If have time, I would prefer to eat out. There is Pizza and McDonald's within walking distance. The Service is acceptable. Staffs are polite and most time helpful. Not too helpful on giving advices on how to take the public transit to the major attractions of the city."

"My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and seemed oblivious that I wanted to be served - this was the only real negative experience. I will definitely consider Premier Inn on future visits to the UK"
