"We had booked this hotel because Expedia gave it a 4.6 overall average. Before we arrived, we started reading the terrible reviews about the cleanliness and demanded to see the room prior to registering. All of the comments about dirt were valid and we did not check in.
We received a full refund from Expedia and checked into a very clean hotel in Ginza. "
