"Great for a nights stay in the heart of Exeter. Clean, tidy, on site parking for £10 a night (car can stay until 2pm) Very old building so bit of a maze but that’s part of its charm. No AC so would be hot in summer."

The room was adaquate but bathroom only had tiled floor so shower went everywhere. Staff were good and polite and helpful, breakfast was fine and hot but also minimal varied selection. Parking was atrocious, with only 6 spaces ? at £10 per night because street parking was normally nose to tail, and full for 24 hours. Because I have a blue badge I parked on...
