"We were greated as soon as we arrived by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who then showed us to our room. The room was clean and spacious with a very nice bed. The food was very scrumptious and would recommend the soup and fish and chips. All in all Lovely place with lovely friendly staff"

"Hannah and Kendal were extremely helpful to us when confused with booking, Hannah rearranged everything to suit our needs, thank you Hannah. Everything from start to finish was really great and made our diamond anniversary break even more special for us. Even the weather was good so we could go out and about with no problem. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and looked after us rally well. WOULD HIGHLY Recommend staying at the Anchor Inn. Thank youfor everything."

"Excellent service, staff friendly, respectful and helpful. Food excellent quality and excellent variety of meals from which to choose. Cooked to perfection. We definitely hope to return for a longer stay. Parking £12/day extra, staff will park car and bring to front when needed. Rooms are provided with glass bottled water, tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, and bathroom has washing products made by Ritual."

"It's a nice place, staff are friendly. Food's ok but a bit steep (£3.30 for a black coffee). TV in the room was a nightmare to turn on. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the main road, so if you're a light sleeper you'll be awake earlier than expected."

"Stunning house, beautiful views, games room/gym across the courtyard, tennis court close by. House has everything you could need, Netflix, games and puzzles, kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals, has coffee, tea, salt & pepper. Judith was wonderful and even have us a tour of the dairy farm. Only issue is the description said one room has a queen & a king, but actually has two singles or a king, plus a sofa bed. Otherwise fantastic accommodation !"
