"The staff were very welcoming, polite and extremely friendly at all times. Our room was very clean and although some reviews stated that the rooms are usually compact, we had a room with 3 beds and it was very spacious. We had everything in the room including pyjamas and sandals provided. Good location with a 7/11 shop right infront and a coffee shop on the left (30 seconds) and a starbucks to the right, less than a minute. 5 stars for an overall review including price, comfort and satisfaction. Thank you"

"Breakfast buffet was excellent, especially if you enjoy savory Japanese food in the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the onsen, it was a fully private experience for me at non-peak hours. "

"breakfast and dinner were included with hotel stay. train station was 8-minute walk. Bus stops where steps from hotel entrance. Staff was helpful and friendly; they also spoke English. I would definitely stay here, when I return to Kyoto. "
