"Our arrival was met with a very personal check in experience. This is a very nice hotel within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Having a laundry room on property was a big plus for us and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch. We stayed on the 8th floor with nice views of Kyoto, although the room was a little tight it was still a great stay."
