"The property itself felt a little less hip and young than places we typically stay, but it was such a comfortable stay. The bed & soaking tub was a dream, the location and staff top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. "
"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo... especially with a family. Very clean. Nice view! Great kitchen, TVs, sitting area, washer / dryer. The only challenge was checking in at a separate location however that was a small price to pay for such a great overall experience!

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."
"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a convenient location to shopping and public transportation. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again. "
"The hotel staff was professional and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Near train station and within walking distance to near by attractions. Bakery in the lobby was a great addition experience to the hotel and provided convenient to grab a quick breakfast in the morning. Laundry room in the hotel was convenient for us to wash our clothes since we stayed there for a week during a hot week. Overall, our experience at the hotel was excellent and will highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
"Great location. Walkable to Nishiki Market and Gion. Lots of shopping centers nearby and has access to the underground walkway. Our double bed (twin sized) room was a tight squeeze for our family of four (2 kids aged 11 & 9) but we made it work by pushing the two beds together. Breakfast buffet (additional cost) was very convenient and had a great variety). Staff was great in answering questions we had. "
