"Camere pulite e personale cordiale. Ottima posizione."

"Everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely! The rooms are spacious but we didnt have a window we could open this time. We really enjoyed using the Aqualuna...its a real bonus. And the location is very central to everything we needed."

"Really the stay was pleasant, but there is one problem that must be taken care of, the cleanliness of the room. I stayed a week. The first day, everything was excellent. After that, the cleanliness is very bad. I spoke with the reception, but it seems that the cleaners are inexperienced."

"Nicely positioned with excellent views from our fourth floor balcony. Very nice pool and spa area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good though a little eclectic."

Black scum on the tiles. Reception Staff. Barely engaged eye contact or a smile. Housekeeping - great. Clean room everyday. Breakfast - great sausages, rubbish bacon. The toaster only toasted on one side everyday. Staff worked well to stay on top of the demands. The room - very very poor. The double bed...

"Great location. Rooms clean and adequate for needs.. would doubt spending much time in them with the city on your doorstep!"

"Room was spotlessly clean. Large shower with good water pressure and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with a choice of cereals, bacon, sausage and eggs and some pastries and cold meats etc. Location has easy transport links close by. Staff were polite and friendly. I think it would be hard to beat for the price and would definitely stay again myself in future"
