Very clean but the staff is what really makes this stay perfect. They were very friendly and helpful even after a small issue transpired with the initial room issued. The location is utter perfection. You are close by everything and it feels very safe. 10/10 experience.

Very good central location. Facilities good, staff very attentive and helpful. We did not use the restaurant as we had breakfast outside . One small issue was we were in the second floor facing the road, and there is a small bar opposite that opened quite late on two nights we were there. Not too loud but noticeable.

Within walking distance of the party area and Spinola Bay, but quiet enough at night. Amenities in the room are limited and the toilet was leaking water during the night, this was promptly fixed by housekeeping. Good for a short stay
