"It was a nice hotel, great breakfast, quite quiet and handy bakery!"

"Clean room, it was small but we expected that. Great location for one night before flight"

"I had a great stay. I wish i had been able to get decent heating in my suite. (Heating was controlled entirely by an central system.) Every evening was cold."

"Location is perfect!"

"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay! Be aware that this is a populated area with noise, traffic and crowds -- especially at night. Nothing too severe, but it's a environment for nightlife. If you love shops and restaurants, then this hotel easily accessible to all of those things. I stayed on a very high floor (Floor 12) and did not hear much...

"Excellent for solo travelers. Not a big room, but a nice place to sleep and rest in between your explorations of Tokyo. If you plan to be out most of the day, this place is fine and easy to stay at."

"All good"

"This hotel is very well located. Walking distance to the train station and shopping centre The room is clean and quiet In our room the air conditioner is facing the bed and blowing cold air straight to my face. Trying to set the cold wind to weak, didn’t succeed. asked the receptionist to help, she could only turn the air conditioner off. Wouldn’t either change a room or change the strength of the cold air. I got sick after three days sleep in the cold air that was blowing into my face. We...

"清潔な客室であった"

"We stayed here on our last night in Japan to be closer to Narita Airport (we were previously in Kyoto). Although this isn't the type of place we'd usually stay, I would still recommend it here (we're old so we like more quiet areas). It was as centrally located as a hotel could be to everything. It was right next to Senso-ji Temple, the subway stop was a block away, there were fun shops and restaurants everywhere with fantastic views of the Tokyo Skytree. The energy of the area was palpable...

"Wi-Fiは安定しないので、ないと思っておいた方が良いと思います"

"The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

"The hotel itself was a bit confusing. You enter the lobby of the hotel to find out you might be placed in their Annex building which is next door but weird to have two separate buildings listed for one hotel. The redeeming quality for me was the staff who were very friendly and helped me get mine and my husband’s luggage to our room from the hotel to the annex. They also nicely held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could walk around before our flight without our bags. Staff was...
