"Was in 4/11 kept hearing banging, elevator near us was out of use, elevators little shaky and unkept. No phone in room, problem with keys. Ice machine on level 4 out of service. Parking lot towards rear not well lit. Bathroom in 4/11 was cracked and bathtub had rust. I am aware of the renovations and I am grateful but definitely am not satisfied with the room I received"

"We only stayed one evening and the room was very nice, big and appeared to be recently renovated (RM 425). The only item that was difficult to find and use was the thermostat. It is behind the standing lamp by the front door and was set for air conditioning. The night we stayed the temp was 35+ F. degrees outside. Try resetting the thermostat at midnight in the dark. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff was awesome!"
